• Board of Directors 

  • Oversee the legal and budget aspects of the organization​

  • Assist in applying for non-profit status

  • Ensure accountability in all programming/alignment to mission

  • Attend monthly meetings

• Coaches

  • Have background in basketball play​

  • Lead teams and clinics

  • Focus on skills and strength core values

• Assistant Coaches/Mentors

  • Have background in working with social development of girls​

  • Assist coach with drills/teams

  • Focus on character and confidence core values

• Boosters

  • Help fundraise​

  • Promote the organization within the community and build volunteer base

  • Support the players
